Tasting Australia
We are thrilled that our executive chef, Terry Intarakhamhaeng, participated in three exciting events for Tasting Australia 2023! This year, Terry was part of 'Astro Thai' and 'Steamed', as well as our very own luncheon event called 'Thai Bush Tucker', which was presented in collaboration with Seven Seasons Spirits and Daniel Motlop.
Our luncheon event was a shared banquet that featured three delicious courses, highlighting the incredible flavours of Thai cuisine and native Australian produce, such as green ants, wild boar, and kangaroo. Each course was perfectly paired with Seven Seasons cocktails, elevating the dining experience for all guests.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Soi 38 team and Seven Seasons for their contributions to making this event a great success. We hope to continue to offer more exciting culinary events like this in the future.
